The Healthy Start Coalition of Okaloosa and Walton Counties hosted The World’s Greatest Baby Shower In-Person on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center (1250 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). This event was specially designed for expectant parents or new parents who have had a baby from November 2025 through May 2026 and reside in Okaloosa or Walton Counties. There were 57 exhibitor booths that highlighted topics such as parenting, prenatal health, new baby care, and community resources.
La Coalición de Healthy Start de los condados de Okaloosa y Walton, será anfitriona del World’s Greatest Baby Shower el día martes 28 de Abril del 2026. El evento en persona será en el Centro de Convenciones Destin-Fort Walton Beach (ubicado en 1250 Miracle Strip Pkway SE Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). Este evento está diseñado especialmente para quienes viven en el condado de Okaloosa o Walton y son futuros papas y mamas esperando el nacimiento de su bebé o que han tenido a su bebé entre noviembre del 2025 y Mayo de este año. Habrán videos educativos y presentaciones informativas enfocadas en temas importantes como la crianza de niños, salud prenatal, cuidado infantil y servicios dentro de la comunidad.
Our goal with the World’s Greatest Baby Shower is to bring resources to new parents that will help them, and their new child succeed, as well as shower them with love and congratulations.
*This event will take place again in Spring 2027, and is open to all Okaloosa and Walton County women who are currently pregnant or who have a baby between November 2026 and April 2027. We encourage each guest of honor to bring up to 4 guests consisting of family members or anyone who will be caring for their child.
*El registro de asistentes es SOLO para mujeres que actualmente están embarazadas o madres primerizas que han tenido un bebé en cualquier momento desde noviembre del 2026 hasta mayo de 2027. Alentamos a cada invitado de honor a traer hasta 4 invitados que consisten en miembros de la familia o cualquier persona que cuidará de su niño.
